Tardy is one of our premium add-ons, designed to work seamlessly with the Attendance to manage late arrivals, early departures, and break-related delays. When creating a tardy rule, fields such as Title, Duty Schedule, and Tardy Type must be selected. Tardy types include Check-in, Check-out, and Break, allowing organizations to define specific attendance behaviors. Additional configurations include considered days, salary deduction days, and an optional description for clarity and documentation. If the Break option is selected as the tardy type, an extra field—Considered Time (minutes per day)—becomes available to accurately calculate break-related tardiness. All tardy rules are configured through the HRM Setup option within the system, ensuring centralized control. Users can be searched individually using keywords, and all related records are displayed on the index page for easy monitoring. Tardy rules status can be updated, adjustments can be done from the Action button and records can be exported in multiple formats too. Overall, this add-on provides a structured and efficient way to enforce attendance policies and manage tardiness consistently across the organization.
