Study Material

We understand how easily students lose their drive and attention; that is why we enable you to meet them halfway through our “Study Material” add-on. It makes it simple for schools to store and share academic resources in one organised space.

A great and successful school must make resources available anytime, to everyone who needs them, and this is where Onest Schooled's "study material" comes into being. With this “add-on”, no teachers have to rely on emails or printed handouts. Similarly, students shouldn't have to take the toll of constant web and app searches or wait for someone else to forward them a file. This means your students get what they need, teachers manage their academic and professional content easily, and parents access relevant support material without facing any complications.

Features :

From syllabus PDFs and class notes to parent guides, necessary parental moral codes, student personality evaluation, code of conduct and even teacher manuals, everything is available (role-based) and can be found in one designated place. Let's have a look at what our study material add-on can do for you:

Upload PDFs, videos, PowerPoints, and more
Categorize content by subject, type, or role
Role-based access: student, teacher, parent, staff
Share moral stories, club magazines, and more
Parent handbooks and activity planners included
Secure and filtered access for every user
24/7 availability from mobile or web

How it Works:

Now that you know about the features, it's time to see how they roll out for your school:

School admins and teachers upload their preferred content into well-curated folders.
Each file in the system can be tagged for a specific user group so it is easy to find.
As for students they access textbooks, worksheets, school magazines, newsletters, research papers, extracurricular resources etc.
Teachers manage and update their lesson content at their convenience and ease.
Schools can give parents the freedom and authority to download school rules, planners, or advice guides.
Staff have a section for training documents and admin files.
All users access the content from the school app anytime, anywhere.
