Selfie Attendance

For new-gen mobile teams, modern attendance is necessary, and what can be more modern, fun, and convenient than clicking a selfie to clock in and let the system take care of the rest? Onest HRM offers a Selfie-Based Attendance add-on to be 100% sure about who clocks in and who clocks out without posing any risk of misuse.

It is quite impossible to always be in the loop and verify who is clocking in, no matter whether your team is remote, working in the field, or even inside the office. Sure, there are traditional systems like punch cards or biometric scanners, but they are becoming obsolete, inconvenient, and susceptible to misuse (buddy punching, for example). You can stop stressing over such issues with the selfie-based attendance add-on. Your employees just have to clock in through their phones using a selfie, and it can only be verified through the verification using facial recognition.

Features :

It’s a smart, secure, and tamper-proof way to mark attendance which works from anywhere without needing any hardware.

Facial recognition during clock-in/out
Real-time location tagging (GPS)
Remote or on-site attendance support
Fully secure and verifiable records

How it Works:

Your employees use the mobile app to take a selfie when they start or end their work. The system checks the image against the employee’s registered profile and confirms the time and location before logging the attendance.
