QR-Based Attendance is one of our premium add-ons, designed to provide a fast, secure, and contactless attendance solution. To use this feature, a QR code must first be generated within the system. Once created, the QR-based attendance can be configured department-wise, allowing only users from selected departments to use the code. If no department restriction is applied, the QR code becomes accessible to all users across the system, offering flexibility based on organizational requirements. For accurate validation, a location distance limit can be configured using Google Maps. Attendance is recorded by scanning the assigned QR code, which can be displayed digitally or printed and placed at the attendance location for easy access. If users are accessing the system through the mobile application, the QR Attendance option must be enabled within the app to allow scanning. All QR attendance settings, including status updates and adjustments, can be managed directly from the system. Overall, this add-on ensures efficient, location-verified, and scalable attendance management for organizations of any size.
