Offline Payment
For learners who find online payment inconvenient, they can pay for courses or subscriptions through cash, bank transfer, or other non-digital methods through the Offline Payment add-on within the LMS.
It is most likely that not all of your learners will have access to online payment methods like credit cards or digital wallets. This is where the Offline Payment add-on comes into action. It allows your learners to pay using cash, checks, or direct bank transfers. This option is included so that those learners aren't excluded from accessing your offered courses, especially in regions where online payments aren’t as feasible. Also, for your organization this feature ensures a wider reach and supports inclusivity. Once the admin verifies the payment, the learner gets access to the course; it is that simple and practical for areas with low digital adoption.

How it Works:
Learners make payment outside the LMS, submit proof, and wait for admin approval. Once approved, access is granted. Here’s how it works:

- Admin checks and approves the payment.
- Learner gains access to the course.

- A clear offline payment method defined (bank account, cash office, etc.)
