The Multi-Vendor module allows property owners, landlords, and real estate companies to manage their own properties through a subscription-based platform. Property owners can register an account, purchase a subscription package through the website, and gain access to a dedicated management dashboard based on the features and limits included in their selected plan. Each subscription package defines the number of properties, units/spaces, listings, tenants, users, and other resources that can be managed. Once subscribed, property owners can add and organize properties, create rental or sales listings, manage tenants, track bookings and agreements, generate invoices, and monitor payments all within their own secure workspace. The system automatically enforces package limitations, ensuring that owners can only use the resources available under their current subscription. As their business grows, they can upgrade, downgrade, or renew their subscription at any time to unlock additional features and increase their management capacity.

How it Works:

Property owners register, choose a subscription plan, and access their dedicated dashboard based on the selected package. They can then manage their properties, listings, tenants, bookings, invoices, and payments within their plan limits.

Property owners create an account and complete the onboarding process.
Select and purchase a subscription package based on required features and resource limits.
Admin manages or verifies the property owner account as required.
Get a dedicated dashboard with access to features included in the selected plan.
Add properties, units/spaces, and create rental or sale listings within package limits.
Manage tenants, bookings, leases/agreements, invoices, and payments from the dashboard.

Prerequisite :

Create an account and select a suitable subscription plan before accessing the Multi-Vendor property management features. Ensure the required property, unit, tenant, and vendor information is available for setup.
