This feature allows seamless one-to-one interaction among all authorized users without requiring any friend requests or manual approvals. Every user configured in the system is automatically visible, making it easy to connect by simply searching for a colleague using their name or designation and selecting them individually. Through Live Chat, users can exchange text messages, share documents such as DOC or PDF files, send voice messages, and attach images or videos. Emojis are also supported to add clarity and expression to conversations. While the add-on supports messaging and file sharing, it does not include audio or video calling functionality, ensuring focused and controlled communication. Overall, Live Chat offers a simple yet powerful way for users to stay connected and collaborate efficiently within the system.
