Forums

Schools that shine and become every parent's and student's favourite give them a place to talk. It is true that every school struggles with scattered communication, which creates conflicts, trust issues, and eventual fall-off. If you don’t want your students to drift away, take advantage of Onest Schooled’s “Forum” add-on where questions from parents, reminders for students, academic discussions, event updates, and more are welcomed, encouraged and curated clutter-free.

Our system allows you to organise everything into a structured, safe space where your school community can converse, debate and make lasting impressions. The Forums add-on creates a private discussion area inside your school ERP. There, users can ask questions, reply, and engage around important school topics. No external apps. No messy group chats. Just clean, easy communication that’s accessible and trackable.

Features :

Our team of experts have built topic-based forums so you can start conversations around academics, school events, or anything that matters. Here are the many features you can take advantage of:

Topic-based forums (academics, school events, general issues)
Role-based visibility (students, teachers, parents, admins)
Post, comment, and upvote useful answers
Notifications for replies and updates
School admin moderation tools
Keeps all communication internal to the school system

How it Works:

Want to know how you can leverage “forums”? Here’s how it works in everyone's favour:

School admins set up forum categories like exam tips, PTA questions, etc.
All the users post within those categories and comment or reply to each other.
Teachers easily reply to student queries and post announcements.
If there are any concerns, queries or ideas that parents want to share they do it without hassle.
Admins moderate to make sure all the content stays respectful and relevant.
Everyone present in the forum stays informed without relentless phone calls or meetings.
