Display is a core OnestQ feature that shows real-time token and counter information on a public screen for clear and transparent queue flow. It reflects counter actions like Hold, Break, or Close and announces called tokens with visual and audio alerts. With both counter-wise and service-wise views, it ensures an efficient and well-organized queuing experience.
Display is another core feature of OnestQ, designed to present real-time token information clearly on a public screen for visitors. All generated tokens are displayed along with their respective counter numbers, ensuring transparency and smooth queue flow. For each counter, the assigned waiting tokens are shown in an organized list, making it easy for visitors to track their position. The display also provides four clear status indicators: Total Tokens, Waiting Tokens, No Show (Cancelled Tokens), and Empty, which appears when there are no cancelled tokens to display. The display dynamically reflects actions taken by the Counter Manager, such as Hold, Break, or Close. When a counter is placed on Hold or Break, the waiting list remains visible on the screen to keep visitors informed. If a counter is Closed, the display clearly shows a CLOSED status. When a token is called, it appears prominently on the display along with an audio announcement through the speaker, ensuring visitors are alerted both visually and audibly. OnestQ supports two types of display views: Counter-wise, which shows all token activities across counters, and Service-wise, which displays tokens specific to selected services only. This flexible display system ensures clarity, efficiency, and an enhanced queuing experience for everyone.
