Credential is one of our premium add-ons, designed to securely manage and organize sensitive information within the system. To ensure clarity and structure, Credential is divided into multiple groups, allowing credentials to remain neatly categorized and never scattered. By default, all credentials are kept private, ensuring maximum confidentiality from the moment they are created. Certain required fields must be completed to successfully save credentials in the system, helping maintain consistency and accuracy across all entries. Credential offers flexible and controlled sharing options to suit organizational needs. Access can be granted based on branches, departments, or specific users, making collaboration both seamless and secure. Credentials can be accessed in two permission levels: Editor and View Only. Users with Editor access can manage credentials and assign access to others as needed, similar to the permissions of the original creator, who also retains the ability to modify access settings. Users with View Only permission can strictly view the credentials without making any changes. All permissions can be configured individually directly from the system, giving administrators full control. In addition to advanced access management, Credential ensures high-level security through database-level encryption, making it not only organized but exceptionally secure.
