Appointment is one of our essential add-ons, designed to simplify and manage appointment scheduling within the organization. Employees can request appointments with their managers, supervisors, or other authorized personnel. System administrators have full control over defining who is permitted to receive and manage appointment requests. Authorized users can review appointment requests, approve them, or cancel an appointment even after approval by using the reject option. Multiple participants can also be added to a single appointment when required, ensuring smooth coordination among all involved parties. Each appointment can include a detailed description after creation, providing clarity on the purpose of the meeting. Once an appointment is scheduled, the concerned participants are automatically notified through the system. The recipient can then Approve, Reject, or Complete the appointment based on availability and outcome. Appointment scheduling requires essential details such as date, time, and meeting type, whether physical or virtual. For virtual appointments, external meeting links can be generated and configured directly within the system. Additionally, users can create and maintain notes using the Create Note option and view the list of participants associated with those notes. Overall, this add-on delivers a structured, flexible, and efficient appointment management experience for daily organizational needs.
