Overview

You’ll work closely with the business development, design, and product teams to promote Onesttech’s software products and improve digital lead generation. Your work will include planning content, managing social channels, running Meta and Google Ads campaigns, supporting website SEO, and tracking the results of marketing activities. You’ll need to be comfortable moving between creative work and performance data. A good campaign is not just one that looks good. You should be able to explain whether it generated the right traffic, leads, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across social platforms
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to drive leads for our software products
• Manage SEO fundamentals for the company website and product pages
• Create marketing copy and creative briefs for product launches and feature announcements
• Track campaign metrics and report on lead generation and cost-per-acquisition
• Coordinate with the design team on brand-consistent visuals

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years in digital marketing, preferably B2B or SaaS
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Bangla
• Comfortable with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
• Portfolio of past campaigns or content preferred

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days (10 AM - 6 PM)
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.

Salary

• 30,000-45,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
