WriteUp is a key feature within our Complaints module, which is part of our premium add-on suite. This add-on is designed to manage employee action records, specifically focusing on workplace discipline and formal communication. The Employee Actions section include premium components like Verbal Warnings (WriteUps) and Complaints just after the employee actions, allowing organizations to maintain proper documentation of employee-related incidents in a clear and organized manner. WriteUps can be created by defining a title, department, date, and a detailed description explaining the reason for the warning. These records can represent either verbal or written warnings, and supporting attachments may be uploaded when necessary. Administrators can make adjustments, edits, or updates at any time through the Action button. Similarly, complaints can be submitted by selecting the date, subject, mentioning the concerned person, and adding a clear description before submission. All submitted records are stored in the Complaint Index page, where details such as complaint by and complaint for are clearly visible, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective record management across the organization.
