System Guidelines is one of our premium add-ons, designed to centralize and manage organizational instructions within the system. The Super Admin has full authority to control and maintain all system guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the platform. Guidelines can be created and organized under multiple categories such as Attendance, Leave Management, General, and many other system-related areas, making information easy to locate and understand. For each guideline, detailed content can be added directly, or supporting documents such as DOC or PDF files can be uploaded as references and can export them if needed such as Csv, Excel etc or copy the file. Display order numbers can be assigned to control the sequence in which guidelines appear. The status of each guideline can be managed using Active or Inactive options, and guidelines can be updated or completely removed whenever required. General employees have access to view the guideline list and read detailed information directly from the System Guidelines module, ensuring transparency and easy access to essential organizational policies.
