Notifications is one of the most important add-ons in the system, designed to keep users informed about all activities in real time. Notifications are easily accessible from the bell icon located in the system header, ensuring important updates are never missed. All key activities—such as leave management, meetings, appointments, support tickets, and many other system actions—are automatically displayed in the notification list. Each notification can be managed using Read and Unread status options, allowing users to track pending or reviewed updates efficiently. Notifications can be viewed individually, with complete details available directly from the list. When a user opens a notification and views its details, the related notifications are marked as read accordingly. The Notifications add-on functions in two essential ways: first, by maintaining a centralized log of all activity-related alerts, and second, by providing direct navigation links that take users to the relevant pages or records within the system with a single click.
