How it Works:
Each user can go into their settings and choose from a list of available themes. The changes apply only to them and update the UI instantly.
- Open HRM dashboard and go to profile settings
- Choose a preferred theme (e.g., Light, Dark, Classic)
- Click apply and the theme updates immediately

- Latest version of the HRM dashboard is necessary
- Theme feature must be enabled in system settings
