Meeting streamlines internal communication by enabling flexible scheduling of physical or virtual meetings with department-wise or individual participation. Real-time notifications, notes, and automated summaries ensure efficient collaboration and complete meeting management.

Meeting is one of our premium features, designed to streamline internal communication and collaboration within the system. This feature is available under the Communication module and allows meetings to be created in multiple formats. Meetings can be scheduled as Physical (In-Office or Outside Office) or Virtual, clearly specifying how each employee will attend. Only users with the appropriate system permissions can create meetings and invite selected employees to participate. Meetings can be organized either department-wise or for individual participants, offering flexibility based on organizational needs. To set up a meeting, required details such as Title, Date, Time, and Approximate Duration must be completed. For In-Office meetings, the creator can additionally specify the Room Number and Floor. If the meeting is set as Outside Office, it can be configured using a physical address or a navigable Google Maps URL. Virtual meetings can be automatically created through the systemโ€™s Integration feature, supporting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. Meetings can also be set up using external links generated manually from any random platforms too. The meeting date can be scheduled earlier the exact day, or else, it will be started automatically as the fixed date when it's set up. All scheduled meetings are recorded and displayed on the Meeting Index Page, providing complete meeting history and easy access through the Direct Calendar with a single click on selected dates. Once a meeting is created, all invited participants receive instant notifications on their dashboards, where they can Join or Decline the meeting and can view the attendance. During the meeting, the creator and participants can add notes and messages using the View Notes option, with real-time updates visible to everyone involved. After the meeting concludes, the creator can generate a meeting summary by selecting the End Meeting option.
