HR Policies is one of our premium add-ons, designed to help organizations centrally manage and organize all company policies with clarity and control. HR users can create policies under different types such as Compliance, Common Company Policies, and other relevant classifications. Each policy can include a clear title and detailed description, along with multiple categories such as Data Protection, Employee Benefits, Leave Policies, Employee Conduct, and more, making policies easy to categorize and reference. Policy status can be managed using Active and Inactive options, and all updates or modifications can be handled seamlessly through the Action button. Policies can be searched and filtered individually using keywords, allowing quick access to specific records. Data can also be exported in multiple formats, including CSV, Excel, or copied directly as needed. For compliance-related policies, applicable data can be configured accordingly, and supporting DOC or PDF files can be attached as reference documents. The Super Admin has full control over configuring and managing HR policies, while employees can view published policies through the View option. This add-on serves as a vital and comprehensive solution for maintaining organizational policies efficiently and transparently.
