This feature allows performance records to be configured and reviewed based on dates, employee types, team leaders or representatives, shifts, and employment status, providing a clear and structured overview of individual and team performance. In addition to core performance metrics, the module also considers factors such as overall performance ratings, leave status, leave patterns after weekends, verbal warning counts, and write-up records. It further supports Team Leader (TL) and HR reviews, ensuring a balanced and transparent evaluation process. Users can easily search performance records using keywords and export data in multiple formats for reporting and analysis.
