Counter is a coordination feature in OnestQ that enables counter managers to create, call, transfer, hold, or cancel tokens for smooth customer flow. It supports workload balancing, detailed token records, and real-time views of waiting, served, hold, and no-show lists. With options like break, close, and auto reassignment, it ensures uninterrupted and efficient queue operations.
Counter, a key feature of OnestQ, gives counter users complete control over token handling and customer flow. From the counter interface, the counter manager can create tokens instantly and call tokens by their token number, recalling them multiple times if required. Waiting tokens can be transferred between counters to balance workload or improve service efficiency, with transfer reasons such as Emergency, Wrong Counter, or High Queue Volume. If a customer is unavailable, tokens may be placed on Hold or Cancelled. Counter managers can also maintain detailed records by storing relevant data for each token holder. They have the flexibility to take a Break, place the counter on Hold, or End a service once completed. If a counter is closed, any remaining tokens are automatically reassigned to the next available counter, ensuring uninterrupted service flow. The counter interface also provides real-time visibility into Waiting, Served, Hold, and No Show token lists for easy monitoring, and users can print tokens when needed. Overall, the Counter feature ensures smooth operations, flexibility, and efficient queue management across all service points.
