Attendance Device Sync seamlessly integrates attendance devices with the system, automating check-in records for accurate and centralized tracking. It ensures reliable synchronization, user management, and efficient attendance data handling across all connected devices.

Attendance Device Sync is one of our premium add-ons, designed to seamlessly integrate attendance devices with the system for accurate and automated check-in records. This feature ensures that all attendance data captured through connected devices is synchronized directly into the system without manual intervention. To begin, attendance devices must first be registered through the Attendance Devices option within the system. During device registration, users need to provide essential details such as the device name, vendor category (for example, ZKTeco or Anviz), and the appropriate timezone. Access permissions are then assigned by selecting which users can use each device, a configuration managed from the HRM Setup module. All device users must be synced with the system to enable attendance tracking. By selecting the Get Device Attendances option, attendance records for all device users are retrieved and stored in the system. For specific vendors such as ZKTeco, additional details like the IP address and device code are required to establish a successful connection. Users can also utilize the Sync User option to synchronize all device users with the system in one action. If any changes are needed, the Action button provides options to view device users, review device attendance logs, edit device settings, or delete devices and also Import Device users when necessary. Overall, Attendance Device Sync ensures reliable, centralized, and efficient attendance data management across all connected devices.
