360 Employee Performance is one of our premium add-ons, designed to deliver a comprehensive and structured employee evaluation process. This add-on includes two distinct evaluation types: Evaluation setting and 360 Employee Evaluation. To ensure controlled access, the module must be enabled from the add-on settings, as it will not function without the required permissions. Only the Super Admin has the authority to activate this add-on and configure permissions for employees. The system supports three user roles—Super Admin, Employees, and Project Managers—each with clearly defined access and responsibilities. The Self Evaluation menu is exclusive to employees, while the Follow-up Evaluation menu is reserved for managers. The Super Admin retains full control and can enable or restrict access to these modules from the Administration menu. Within the Evaluation module, admin will find two key components: Questions and Question Sets. In the Questions section, Super Admins can create evaluation questions, assign marks, set their status as Active or Inactive, and make adjustments using the Action button. The Question Sets section allows Super Admins to group selected questions into structured sets based on departments such as Admin, HR, and others. Submission timelines can be configured by days, weeks, or months, along with defining last evaluation dates. Additionally, evaluation cycles can be set as Weekly, Monthly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly. Each question within a set can be individually activated or deactivated, and changes can be managed through the Action button. Employees are automatically notified through the Notification bar when an evaluation timeline begins. Once active, employees can access the evaluation through the Self Evaluation menu, where a "Submit Answer" button becomes available for the defined timeline and disappears automatically once the deadline passes. Employees also have the option to add comments during the evaluation process. Managers receive notifications when evaluations are assigned and completed, allowing them to "Review Submissions" if required. All evaluation records are displayed on the index page and can be exported in multiple formats or deleted when necessary. Overall, this add-on provides a transparent, flexible, and data-driven approach to performance management across the organization.
