OnestTech Software Company is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth for SaaS or digital products through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and product adoption.
• Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Plan and manage content marketing and email marketing.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts.
• Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend.
• A/B test different marketing tactics to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the SaaS industry and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably for SaaS or digital products.
• Strong understanding of SEO,Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
• Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar.
• Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SaaS promotion.

Working Days

• Weekly: 5 days (10 AM - 6 PM)
• Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.

Salary

• 25,000-35,000 BDT (Depends on Skill and Experience)
